- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Able to handle the International calls & customers
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports maintaining customer databases and organizing sales documentation.
- Must have a thorough understanding of Google Documents
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Good computer skills
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
- Adequately coordinating across the departments
- Fluency in English
