Job Description

Were on the hunt for a Growth Manager to join an industryleading Performance Agency on a growth fasttrack. They have a headcount of 300 and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling 120K sq ft offices in New York an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive. The job is based in LA; and were looking for someone who:

Has 3 years of direct experience in media buying focused on social (META TikTok)
Has proven success with large spend accounts $500k)
Can clientface with key senior stakeholders and be an uncompromisingly clear charismatic communicator
Loves data fast paced environments creative problem solving and the satisfaction we get from getting things donewell
