Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a highperforming team that delivers quality work by following your example
- Ensuring team members are appropriately trained and provided with necessary guidance andfeedback to excel in delivery.
- Support team members in their development and play an active role in recruiting to meetteam expansion needs.
- Performance manager of team members provides input on promotion decisions.
- Manages fair and efficient allocation of work to team members
- Drive and facilitate process improvements including automation possibilities
- Acting as a point of escalation for the team and stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent compliance with appropriate compliance obligations and client requirements
- Support the preparation and reporting of performance in service delivery governance meetings
- Work closely with KPMG Local Offices and client onboarding teams to ensure successful client transitions
- Become an active part of the GMS Posted Worker SME network from the various EU member firms of KPMG
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent degree in law business economics or relevant field
- 34 years of experience in international assignments global mobility expatriate management compliance process management or delivery center team management.
- Understanding of EU Posted Worker Directive policies or global mobility in regards to traditional assignment planning as well as international transfer planning
- Leadership experience
- Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders whilemaintaining strong professional relationships.
- Fluency in English (German French and other European languages desirable).
- Proactive handson mentality.
