Job Description

Are you ready to lead and grow global valve sales Drive new business strengthen key relationships and take charge of continuing strong growth in Freses global marine & industrialbusiness!

On behalf of Frese MARPRO Group is looking for a Head of Sales Valves for the office in Slagelse. You will report to the Global Segment Director Marine and Industry of the company.

Frese is a global leader in energyefficient flow management and control technology serving the maritime industry and various industrial process plants. Our integrated valve package solutions incl. valves sensors controllers and actuators are wellproven and in high demand.

The job

As Head of Sales Valves your primary responsibility will be to expand our core valve business both through projectbased sales and partnerships with OEM customers. You will lead and develop a smaller experienced sales team and external regional sales partners while working closely with inside sales marketing product management and engineering teams.

You will first and foremost be responsible for the global marine related valves sales budget and drive growth by strengthening relationships with existing customers identifying new prospects and converting them into longterm partners. Managing pricing strategy agent and distributor networks and support promotional activities including trade shows will also be key responsibilities.

This role involves travel mainly across Europe and Asia.

Professional qualifications

  • Relevant technical education
  • Experience with heating and cooling water systems; HVAC and engine room applications
  • Knowledge of control valves
  • International sales experience
  • Maritime industry experience
  • Fluent in English
