- In this position you will be important to our clients success in this market. Together with your friendly and supportive team youll help customers navigate any issues they run into while shopping online. Your goal To make their experience as smooth and stressfree as possible ensuring they feel heard valued and ready to shop. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail chat and phone callsour German customers love to call and chat.

Are you great at communicating and love social media Were looking for someone who can provide topnotch customer service while also managing social media accounts for webshops.

- Assisting customers via phone chat and email making their experience smooth and stressfree
- Managing social media accounts engaging with followers & maintaining a great online presence
- Gathering ideas for improving the webshops processes and performance

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as ecommerce customer service retail hospitality or similar is a plus however the most important thing is a willingness to learn.
Must have:
First and foremost a deep understanding of German customers mindsets
- Great German language skills
- Great customer service skills you love to help customers!
- Be able to communicate in English since our company language is English
