Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python PySpark and SQL and a proven track record of delivering robust scalable and efficient solutions. As a Python Developer you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing backend services and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Pythonbased applications and scripts for backend processes.
- Work with PySpark to process and manipulate large data sets.
- Write optimized SQL queries and work with databases to extract transform and load data.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality maintainability and scalability by adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews testing and documentation efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory:
- Strong proficiency in Python (version 3.x).
- Experience working with PySpark for largescale data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL or other relational databases).
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and objectoriented programming (OOP).
- Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience:
- 5 8 years of handson experience in Python development.
- Solid experience in data manipulation and working with large datasets using PySpark.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in query optimization.
- Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS GCP or Azure).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of distributed computing concepts.
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
