Job Description
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python web frameworks such as FastAPI Flask and Django.
- Implement event-driven programming concepts to build scalable systems.
- Design and manage relational databases (MySQL) including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Use Object-Relational Mapping tools like SQLAlchemy to streamline database operations.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Collaborate in Agile teams to break down high-level features or Epics into actionable user stories.
- Work with APIs version control systems (GIT) cloud computing platforms and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to clean coding practices and maintain high code quality through reviews and testing.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like FastAPI Flask and Django.
- Solid understanding of database design and optimization particularly with MySQL.
- Proficiency in writing analyzing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Good knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like GIT for version control.
- Strong analytical thinking problem-solving abilities and a sound foundation in computer science fundamentals.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud-based deployment.
- Translate high-level requirements into low-level actionable development tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Contribute actively to Agile processes and team discussions.
- Understand and occasionally contribute to frontend components if needed.
