2 to 5 years of experience as a relationship officer working in the Bancassurance channel of any insurance company.
Essential Job Functions
1.Own the DocOnline sales target of mapped branches/regions of distribution partner (NBFC / Bank)
2. Conduct regular groundlevel engagement & training sessions with the Sales team of the distribution partner
3. Keep track of and drive sales initiatives contests new product launches etc.
4. Create visibility top of mind recall for DocOnline among distribution partners to drive sales.
5.Act as one point contact for the branches/region taking ownership of any process/product/service issues
6 .This is a field sales role without any work from home and frequent travel to distribution partners branches (local / domestic) is a must.
