Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Brands Manager to take ownership of our
inhouse brands. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth
fostering client relationships and leading highperforming teams. The ideal candidate will
have a strong foundation in brand management ecommerce data analysis and team
leadership coupled with a visionary approach to achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Growth & Strategy:
Scale and oversee inhouse brands by identifying growth opportunities and
areas for improvement.
Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and
enhance market presence.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behaviors to
inform brand positioning.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure brand success and
satisfaction.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and
aligning strategies for mutual growth.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate analyze and interpret datadriven reports using tools like Excel and
CRM systems.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for scaling brand performance
and optimizing operations.4. SEO & Advertising Insights:
Leverage expertise in SEO and advertising analytics to assess reports and
drive effective decisionmaking.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine campaigns and improve brand
visibility.
5. ECommerce Management:
Optimize brand performance across ecommerce marketplaces ensuring
alignment with market demands.
Track and enhance key performance metrics such as conversion rates sales
and customer satisfaction.
6. Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit mentor and lead a resultsdriven team fostering a culture of
collaboration and innovation.
Provide constructive feedback conduct performance evaluations and make
strategic decisions about team composition.
7. Visionary Leadership:
Align personal growth with the company s longterm expansion goals.
Contribute to a forwardthinking work environment that prioritizes innovation
and sustainable growth.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in brand management preferably with in
house brands.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel CRM tools SEO analytics and advertising
performance metrics.
ECommerce Knowledge: Proven experience in managing and optimizing e
commerce brand performance.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to recruit mentor and lead a team
effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and
maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Strategic Thinking: Visionary approach to scaling brands and driving business
success.
