About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead the development and of our brand licensing and franchise strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build a new business unit from the ground up with the support of a dedicated consulting partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in brand licensing franchise sales or related business development ideally within the luxury goods sector. This is a highimpact role reporting directly to the MD offering significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand licensing and franchise strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new brand licensing and franchise partnerships conducting market research evaluating potential partners and negotiating agreements.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial models for the brand licensing and franchise business unit.
  • Operational : Oversee all aspects of the brand licensing and franchise business including marketing sales operations and legal.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including licensors franchisees retailers and industry partners.
  • Team Building (Future): As the business grows build and manage a highperforming team to support the brand licensing and franchise initiatives.
  • Consultant Collaboration: Work closely with the appointed consultant to leverage their expertise and ensure the successful implementation of the agreedupon strategy.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends competitive activity and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and adapt the strategy as needed.
  • Legal & Contractual Compliance: Ensure all brand licensing and franchise agreements are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 510 years of experience in brand licensing franchise sales business development or a related field with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the brand licensing and franchise business model including legal financial and operational aspects.
  • Experience in the luxury goods sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building new businesses.
