Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have 01 years of experience in sales with a strong understanding of sales analytics sales channels and sales coaching. As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell our insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

- Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
