Our client is a leading fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
AI Model & Algorithm Development:
Design and implement machine learning and AI models using Microsoft Azure tools and infrastructure.
Contribute to AIdriven tasks like speech recognition image analysis and automated decisionmaking in enterprise applications.
AI Integration:
Embed AI capabilities into existing systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Handle tasks from coding and model deployment to continuous optimization and monitoring in production.
Data Infrastructure & Flow Management:
Build and manage the data infrastructure required for AI operations including pipelines storage solutions and processing resources.
Generative AI Projects:
Gather and preprocess training data for generative model development ensuring quality and scale.
Optimize model performance through finetuning and deployment to realworld applications.
Keep up with emerging trends in generative AI machine learning and related innovations.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across departments to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to ensure smooth project .
Requirements
A Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with machine learning deep learning NLP and computer vision.
Handson experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Proficient in Python and experienced in using modern AI tools like OpenAI s GPT GitHub Copilot or similar.
Demonstrated ability in prompt engineering for AIbased applications.
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and techniques like RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG).
Solid English communication skills (spoken and written).
