Job Overview
Vinperk Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates for various technical positions within the IT industry. This is a fulltime position based in Hyderabad Telangana India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 06 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
Min 06 months 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
Proven experience in IT Recruitment
Indepth knowledge of various sourcing techniques such as internet recruiting and social media hiring
Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals social media)
Screen and evaluate resumes and job applications
Conduct phone video and inperson interviews
Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and qualifications
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create job descriptions
Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends market intelligence and recruitment best practices
Budget: 1.5 LPA 2 LPA
