Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Drill Operator to join our clients team. As a Drill Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to create holes in various materials including metal wood and concrete. Your role will involve setting up and calibrating drilling machines ensuring precision and accuracy in drilling operations and following safety protocols to prevent accidents. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Your primary duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints selecting appropriate drill bits and adjusting machine settings to achieve the desired depth and diameter. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining drilling equipment troubleshooting any mechanical issues and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. To succeed in this role you should have experience operating drilling machines a strong understanding of safety regulations and excellent attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions are also essential. Requirements

Proven experience as a Drill Operator or similar role.
Knowledge of drilling equipment and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
