Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Boulder/Longmont Area Colorado
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling opportunity to provide exceptional care to individuals in a residential group home setting Look no further we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking RNs to join our team in a Residential Group Home located in the scenic Boulder/Longmont Area. As an RN you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health safety and wellbeing of our residents. The staffing ratio is 4:1 allowing for personalized care and attention.
Job Type: Fulltime and Parttime positions available
Shifts: Night shifts offered
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents including medication administration wound care and health assessments
- Monitor residents health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate residents and their families on health management and selfcare techniques
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or Compact License
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred but not required
