Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Manager(RCM) to join our team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing residential construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction industry particularly in the Hydrocarbon/Fertilizer sectors and will be proficient in handling both technical and administrative aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all phases of residential construction projects from planning to completion ensuring compliance with all relevant codes regulations and safety standards. Lead a team of engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project and timely delivery. Handle project documentation including progress reports contracts and other critical project documents. Coordinate communication with stakeholders including clients subcontractors and regulatory authorities. Successfully construct and commission at least one process unit in the Hydrocarbon or Fertilizer sector. Oversee site operations ensuring proper resource allocation and resolving any issues that may arise onsite. Ensure efficient use of resources maintain a high level of quality and manage project costs effectively. Handle all contractual letter correspondence emails and other official communications related to the project. Collaborate with senior management to assess project needs and align resources effectively. Maintain a strong focus on health safety and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering field. Diploma : 8 Years Mandatory Degree: 5 Years Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction with a proven track record of successfully managing residential and largescale projects. Must have successfully constructed and commissioned at least one process unit in the Hydrocarbon/Fertilizer sector. Proficient in using MS Project MS Office and email/internet tools for efficient project management and communication. Familiarity with AutoCAD STAAD Pro and other relevant project management and design software is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for managing contractual correspondence and liaising with clients and contractors. Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies project management tools and industry best practices. Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring all projects are completed with high standards of quality and within budget. Additional Preferred Qualities: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Highly adaptable to changing project requirements and client demands. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. A proactive approach to continuous improvement in construction processes.
