Job Description
Teamworx Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an Accommodation Supervisor to join our clients professional and highly skilled housekeeping team. If you have an interest in the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy 4*property based in Leixlip Co Kildare we could have an excellent opportunity for you.
The Role:
This is fulltime position working 40 hours per week/ 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.

Main Duties:
Assist the Accommodation Manager in the daytoday operations of the accommodation department.
Managing the accommodation department in the absence of the Accommodation Manager.
Work in conjunction with the housekeeping team to ensure that all bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned/maintained to the highest standard.
Work in conjunction with the housekeeping team to ensure the cleaning of all public areas within the hotel.
Work in conjunction with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to ensure that the overall guest experience and expectations are achieved.
Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.
Staff Training.
Stock ordering.
Rosters.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or Senior Accommodation Assistant would is essential.
Previous HACCP training would be desirable but is not essential.
Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
Must be able to multitask and be willing to help where required in all areas of the hotel.
Excellent communications skills.
Excellent people/customer care skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Must be available for early starts weekends and public holidays.
