Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales department ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. Youll be the glue that holds our sales operations together assisting in everything from managing schedules and appointments to maintaining customer relationships and preparing essential reports. Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for customers
  • Quoting customers on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Processing orders on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Entering information onto our CRM system and the daily upkeep of this
  • Answering phone calls to customers
  • Outgoing calls to customers
  • Liaising with other departments via phone email Microsoft Teams and in person regarding orders/quotes/lead times/item availability etc
  • Dealing with emails incoming / outgoing from the sales group email and work email address
  • Reporting customer complaints to the internal NCR process
  • Helping with quotes/orders from the Sales Support Team in Poland
  • When required attending Sales / Operations daily meeting
  • Offer after sales support to customers
  • Keeping customers updated on the order journey

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
  • Very good telephone and written skills
  • Numeric
  • Commercial awareness
  • Working with Excel
  • Knowledge of the Civil engineering business
  • Good communicator
  • Good multidepartment team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Technical knowledge
  • Site Experience (desirable and not essential)
