Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow Sales Script: Effectively communicate with potential clients according to provided sales scripts to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales activities progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in industries such as insurance automotive real estate or solar sales.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency with CRM software tools such as Salesforce to manage leads opportunities and client interactions effectively.
