Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a firstclass experience by welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Listen actively to customer concerns and translate their needs into actionable service plans.
Communicate clearly with customers explaining services warranties and recommendations with transparency and confidence.
Prepare detailed repair orders outlining vehicle symptoms necessary services and technician recommendations.
Manage service schedules efficiently in a fastpaced environment while keeping customers informed on progress and completion times.
Build trust and longterm relationships with clients through empathy reliability and exceptional service.
Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in manufacturer training and development programs.
What You Bring:

Previous Automotive Industry or Service Advisor Experience A background in luxury vehicles or highend customer service is an asset.
Valid Drivers License With an acceptable drivers abstract.
