Rabo Graduate Program

Rabo Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for university graduates to forge a meaningful career path through Rabobank.

Our 18month program provides a platform to experience a variety of Rabobank career options. Whether its connecting with colleagues in Sydneys head office working with clients on the ground in our regional and rural branches or potentially even enjoying an international rotation in our global head office in Utrecht you can be part of the team helping our clients feed the world more sustainably.

Technology Graduate

Rabobanks Technology Graduate stream enables graduates to contribute to the food and agri space in a digital capacity.

As a Technology Graduates you will have the opportunity to develop technical skills across Infrastructure Systems Data Analytics and Cyber Security before specialising in your chosen field. Over the course of your 18month graduate program you will have three core stream rotations in either architecture design hardware software networking data analytics and cyber security.

To develop a wellrounded knowledge of the bank you will also be placed on a number of shortterm rotations including visiting one of our rural branches Operations and Risk and Compliance. Selected Graduates will also be placed on a shortterm international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht the Netherlands.

About You

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student or have recently graduated within the last three years.

• Available to start full time employment from February 2026.

• Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.

• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in your chosen field.

• Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous.

• Selfmotivated with ability to plan and organise self.

• Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritise work.

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

• Strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.
