Senior Frontend Development Engineer
Description
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to drive frontend development initiatives establish best practices and mentor junior developers. This role requires deep expertise in React.js frontend architecture Micro Frontends (MFE) and performance optimization to build worldclass web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Highly proficient in frontend development ensuring highquality code and adherence to best practices.
- Architect design and implement scalable and maintainable applications using microfrontend architecture.
- Optimize performance security and user experience for web applications.
- Thorough understanding of coding standards guidelines and best practices
- Work closely with backend teams designers and product managers to deliver highimpact features.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews mentor junior developers and foster knowledgesharing.
- Collaborate on frontend infrastructure decisions including CI/CD testing and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate and implement emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 812 years of experience in frontend development with advanced expertise in React.js JavaScript (ES6 CSS and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in frontend architecture componentdriven development and performance optimization.
- Deep knowledge of state management libraries (like Redux Zustand Recoil or MobX).
- Proficiency in UI frameworks (Styled Components) and responsive design.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (like Jest React Testing Library Cypress).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs GraphQL and WebSockets integration.
- Expertise in Git workflows and CI/CD for frontend development.
- Strong mentoring skills with experience guiding junior engineers.
- Knowledge of Backend and Database would be an added advantage.
