The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Marketing Manager to work closely with our Managing Director Service Line Heads and sales teams to successfully develop and execute the marketing strategy and campaign plan of our business. This role will be based out of our Sydney office with flexible working arrangements. This is the perfect opportunity for a marketing superstar to grow their career and contribute to the successful growth of a market leading company.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the global marketing strategy as well as supporting the efforts of the client management and sales teams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director your day to day duties will involve:
- Design develop and execute the annual marketing plan within budget
- Define target markets and create specific client messaging and value propositions
- Identify and respond to trends impacting clients and markets as well as competitors strategies
- Create optimise and produce marketing collateral and content
- Manage all advertising and effectively utilise external contractors to support efforts as and when required
- Deliver content via social media channels and maintain online brand presence
- Ensure the achievement of the annual divisional strategic objectives and maintain and grow client acquisition rates
- Contribute to special projects and major events
- Produce weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports
This role is a fulltime 12month maximum duration contract
What we are looking for
We are seeking a marketing professional who represents the market our clients and our internal business needs. You will also be a strong team player and have a proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships. Selection criteria for this role includes:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar B2B marketing role or in the digital marketing research strategy or market insight space within the professional services industry or related industry
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in marketing or related discipline
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage with all levels of the business
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
- Confident flexible and approachable attitude
