Property Solicitor Secured Lending/Real Estate Finance
Location: Central London
Salary: Competitive Bonus
About the Role:
Join a leading multidisciplinary law firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional service and innovative legal solutions. This exciting position offers a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters with a particular focus on secured lending and real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property transactions.
- Provide expert legal advice on secured lending and real estate finance projects.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver pragmatic clientfocused solutions.
- Build strong relationships with a varied client base including FTSErated companies SMEs offshore investors and private developers.
What Youll Need:
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE.
- Strong background in property law; experience in secured lending or real estate finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive entrepreneurial mindset.
