Get to know the Role:
As the business owner of Self Serve Ads you will be responsible for the development of business strategies setting strategic objectives and driving growth of Self Serve Ads in the Philippines. Further responsibilities involve promoting and delivering selfserve marketing services to country teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to devise effective advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption.
The Role and Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the local Commercial Strategy team to deliver OKR; responsible for advertisers acquisition & retention for our merchant selfserve solutions
- You will understand country specifics provide business recommendations and suggestions collaborate with country business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure successful
- You will be a subject matter expert on the Marketing Manager platform. Able to articulate product positioning signup process key features reporting and optimisation
- You will drive merchants success through engagement with country and regional key stakeholders and to ensure a smooth work process on Self Serve products
- You will strengthen Self Serve B2B marketing and CRM efforts engage MEX throughout their lifecycle drive business growth and facilitate best practice sharing to drive continuous improvement and success
- You will conduct weekly monthly and quarterly selfserve operation/ business reviews.
- You will drive team learning through performance insights identify trends pinpoint areas for improvement enhance our strategies and operation by leveraging data analytics
- You will develop new business opportunities to drive additional business & upsell opportunities.
Qualifications :
The Must Haves:
- Education: You have a bachelors Degree required (preferred)
- You have strong team management skills including effective leadership abilities to motivate and guide the team articulate objectives and provide feedback adept delegation capabilities and proficiency in conflict resolution.
- Work Experience: You have atleast 5 years of experience in sales/ads in the tech digital sectors or growth startup sectors. Knowledge on Advertising / digital ads ecosystem preferred SMB focused experience is a plus
- You are able to collaborate effectively across teams and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
