Start Date: September 2025
This role is not suitable for newly qualified Occupational Therapists. This role would be suitable for candidates with knowledge and experience in line with agenda for change Band 6 or Developing Band 6 post.
Key responsibilities:
Providing occupational therapy support to children and young people aged 419 with complex autism learning difficulties and challenging behaviours
Collaborating with a transdisciplinary team to ensure each pupils needs are understood effectively planned for and closely monitored
Advising the teaching team on pupil development to achieve optimal outcomes for each child and young person
Delivering both direct and indirect therapy to individuals and groups of pupils
