Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure highquality production.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and increase productivity.
- Conduct indepth analysis and apply the latest manufacturing technologies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with the design and production processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams and leadership.
- Participate in the integration of automation and digital manufacturing tools for enhanced performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10years experience in establishing lean systems in composite manufacturing.
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing processes including lean manufacturing automation or robotics.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and leadership.
- Passion for improving processes and staying ahead of manufacturing trends.
