Job Description
Jersey Mikes in Midlothian/Chesterfield is looking for Shift Leaders or Crew Members with intentions of moving up the ladder. As a shift leader you will be a member of our management team that is responsible for overseeing the restaurant and employees on your shifts.
Compensation/Benefits:
No Lessthan$17 per hourwith all compensation included (hourly tips)

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older due to equipment agerestrictions.
Must be hardworking trustworthy and punctual.
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fastpaced work environment
Ability to work flexible hours (can be full/parttime.
Job Requirements:
The primary requirement of a Jersey Mikes employee is commitment to company goals:
Create food consistent with Jersey Mikes high quality standards
Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others while upholding Virginia food safety standards.
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Interact with customers and provide an exceptional experience
Participate in both Training Center classes for your first two shifts. Typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm8:30pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mikes locatedat 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)

Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge
Desire to improve oneself and overall skill sets
Ability to communicate effectively with guests as well as employees and have an Awesome personality
Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer
Physical Demands:
Frequent bending stooping and lifting
Frequent repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate the slicer if 18 and older only
Lifting 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
