Job Title:Business Consultant (Business Analyst)

Role Overview:
Seeking Business Analyst with Insurance expertise to analyze requirements design solutions and implement client requirements over Configurable product ensuring quality efficiency and stakeholder collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience on Insurance Annuity products
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with at least one DBMS
- Proven ability to gather analyze and document software requirements along with handson experience in planning and executing comprehensive software testing.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes coupled with expertise in performing RCAs.
- Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in development and Support projects
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic environment
- Establishes and maintains a closeworking relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals.
- Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project
- Good communication problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage
