The opportunity
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for aCivil Design Tender Leadto join our team focusing on HVDC tenders. This role presents a chance to engage in a variety of stimulating tasks while collaborating with a global network of professionals. You will take the lead in managing and coordinating all aspects of largescale Civil Design bids supported by a dedicated team that will assist with modelling and bill of quantities.
As part of a dynamic group of 18 individuals based in Sweden Finland and India you will play a key role in innovative projects that span the globe. This position is located in Sweden with options in either Ludvika or Vsters.

How you will make an impact
Manage the engineering budget for Civil Design and Auxiliary Systems during the tender phase
Review technical specifications for tenders identifying risks opportunities deviations and necessary clarifications related to Civil Design
Prepare quotation materials for Civil Design companies
Ensure that Civil Design complies with local standards laws and regulations
Oversee the bill of quantities (BoQ) derived from the Civil Design 3D model
Review the schedule for Civil Design activities during project
Actively participate in design and bid review meetings related to EPC and EP deliveries focusing on Civil Design interfaces
Your Background
Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering or construction management
Several years of experience in project tendering for largescale civil or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with BIM/Digital Delivery processes
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various project teams and partners
Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Swedish and other languages is a plus
