RockPointe Church Operations Administrator
Reports to: Director of Operations
Hours: 29 hours per week

Main Function
Support the daytoday Operations Teams at RockPointe Church
Tasks & Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with new hire processes e.g. job descriptions job postings prescreen calls and WTR onboarding class
- Follow up with offboarding tasks
- Aid with continuous audit of employee documents
Church Database
- Aids Sr. TouchPoint Associate in maintaining a clean church database through routine maintenance activities
- Participates in monthly TouchPoint Implementation Team Meetings
IT
- Collaborates with third party IT partner to schedule trainings issue technology and perform Teams clean up
Creative Team
- Performs printer maintenance manages paper inventory and prints ministry design projects as needed
Invoice & Budget
- Collaborates with Director of Operations to monitor track and approve various invoices and budget for Operations Teams
Additional
- Participate in 1st and 3rd Tuesday staff meetings
- Perform other operations tasks as assigned by supervisor
