Job Description

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Business Analyst Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of projects ensuring efficient coordination of resources and alignment with organizational goals.

Based inMilan within the HQ Information Technology Department the candidate reporting directly to the Head of the IT Delivery AFC&HR will have the following responsibilities:

CoE (Competence Center of Excellence) :

  • The candidate will be accountable for the training and development of the COE Accounting team.

AMS (Application Management Services) and IT Projects Delivery:

  • The candidate will be accountable for the delivery of AMS and IT project activities primarily focusing on SAP systems but also extending support to other central systems in the Accounting domain.

  • This includes managing resources timelines and ensuring successful project completion.

SAP Kernel and CrossInterface Governance:

  • The candidate will have governance responsibilities for the SAP Kernel and crossinterfaces with other central systems collaborating with Local IT respective IT Business Partners and HQ Business Team Leaders.

Rollouts and Implementation Projects:

  • During rollouts and implementation projects the candidate will provide support for Fitgap preparation design of new functionalities data migration activities testing training and post golive support.

Documentation and Process Maintenance:

  • The candidate will be accountable for creating and maintaining documentation related to new technical solutions including manuals for end users and Kernel processes.

Who are we looking for

We are looking fora IT Senior Business Analyst Accounting with the following skills and motivations:

  • Proven professional experience working with SAP Accounting as business analyst within multinational companies;

  • A Masters degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration and Economics;

  • Extensive experience working with the SAP Accounting module and sub modules (FIAP FIAR FIAA FIGL ecc. integration points with other SAP modules (e.g. CO MM SD ecc. and customization options.

  • Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies including system configuration custom development and testing. Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging.

  • Proficient in SAP Fiori App technical knowledge.

  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives. Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend process improvements.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with business stakeholders endusers and technical teams.

  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional international project teams ensuring timely project deliverables managing stakeholder expectations and coordinating activities with internal and external partners.

  • Able to meet strict deadline and work under pressure

  • Good English written and oral communication skills

  • International mobility
