Qualified Candidates:
- Have a minimum of 600 hours of skincare education Esthetics License
- Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Santa Barbara Ca
- Have a passion for helping others look and feel their best
- Are eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
- 5 Years Lead Esthetician or Spa Manager with 40 plus employees
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week and weekends an high traffic holidays
- Micro Derm infusion Derma plane. Chem Peels Wax.
- Expert retail sales
DaytoDay:
- Perform quality professional skin care services that meet clients needs
- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
- Use expertise along with our protocols and modalities to craft customized facial and body treatments
- Recommend followup visits services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
- Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships promoting retail sales guiding the team managing deposits overseeing inventory ensuring compliance with all laws etc.
- Strive for continuous growth by setting goals prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
- Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations providing ongoing training and reviewing performance regularly
- Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees members and guests
