Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Executive to drive new business development initiatives for our range of crockery cutlery tableware and glassware products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities building strong relationships with potential clients and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory or market segment.
2.Conduct market research to understand customer needs preferences and trends in the crockery cutlery tableware and glassware industry.
3.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and achieve sales objectives.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including hotels restaurants catering companies event planners and other relevant businesses.
5.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
6.Prepare and present sales proposals quotations and presentations to potential clients.
7.Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with customers to close sales deals.
8.Track and analyse sales performance metrics including sales pipeline revenue forecasts and market share.
9.Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
10. Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the hospitality foodservice or related industry.
Strong understanding of the crockery cutlery tableware and glassware market including customer needs and industry trends.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
Selfmotivated with a drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
Qualification: Graduated in any stream Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
