At Reily Foods Company weve got a passion for flavor and have been providing iconic foods and beverages that create meals and memories for over 120 years! Our products consist of New England Coffee Luzianne Iced Tea Blue Plate Mayonnaise Swans Down Cake Flour and Carroll Shelby Chili (to name a few) and can be found in retail locations around the country.
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Finance team by providing analysis reporting and insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills experience with ERP systems and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. This role will work crossfunctionally with multiple departments to analyze key financial metrics support budgeting and forecasting processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and financial results to identify key drivers of variances opportunities and risks.
- Develop strong crossfunctional partnerships and provide support to business partners.
- Prepare clear and concise reports presentations and recommendations for stakeholders explaining financial performance and providing insights.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accurate and timely projections.
- Design build and maintain reports using business intelligence tools.
- Provide guidance and support to business partners including item customer and segment profitability analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to make informed recommendations regarding investments or business strategies.
- Conduct costbenefit analysis and measure ROI for current and potential projects or initiatives.
- Perform various ad hoc analyses.
- Travel to plant locations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance or related Business field; MBA a plus.
- 2 years of experience in an analyst role.
- Consumer packaged goods company experience a plus.
- Strong financial modeling critical reasoning and process analysis skills.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to work independently comfortable with ambiguity and accountable for results.
- Detailoriented and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and work effectively across multiple departments.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; must be able to create engaging reports and presentations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20 of the time.
