Responsibilities:
- Cuts and maintains lawns and grass.
- Rakes leaves and cares for plants flowers trees and shrubs.
- Determines the appropriate plants or shrubs for walkways or garden areas.
- Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons.
- Responsible for snow and dirt removal.
- Keeps the grounds and environment of a facility in a clean attractive orderly safe and healthy condition.
- Operates light trucks and assorted power equipment.
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on gardening and grounds equipment.
- Reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Qualifications:
- 01 year of general work experience.
- Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
- May require horticultural training.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in thefuture.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
TravelRequirements:
Thispositionwillinvolve no travel.
