Salary: $55000 $70000 per year

What Youll Do:
- Design with Purpose: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design structural systems for residential and commercial buildings that meet the unique needs of seniors.
- Bring Designs to Life: Create detailed structural drawings and specifications that will guide the construction process.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Work with architects contractors and other engineers to develop efficient and effective structural solutions.
- Utilize CuttingEdge Technology: Perform structural calculations and modeling using industrystandard software.
What Were Looking For:
- Engineering Expertise: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with an EngineerInTraining (EIT) certification.
- Experience: 14 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000 ETABS or STAAD.Pro) and drafting software (AutoCAD Revit).
- ProblemSolving Mindset: Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Drive and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to project sites as needed.
