This Advanced Practice Provider will join Community Health Network a multispecialty group with over 1300 providers in Indiana. Description & Highlights
Community Health Network is currently seeking a boardcertified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained advanced practice provider for opportunities to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck walkin clinics throughout Indianapolis and central Indiana. Ideal candidates will be flexible and have excellent communication skills. Staffed by onsite physicians advanced practice providers and nurses MedCheck provides affordable medical care for nonemergency adult and child injuries and illnesses.
- Outpatient only
- Clinics are open from 9:00am 9:00pm
- Requires two twelve hour shifts per week and rotating weekends
- Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC)

Experience
Minimum two years of emergency room or urgent care experience as an advanced practice provider is required. Ability to demonstrate high level of skill in suturing and splinting is also required. Strong comfort level with pediatrics is required.
