TPF Recruitment is working on behalf of a dynamic and ambitious firm that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. With exciting plans to double turnover in the next year through local acquisitions this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a business undergoing significant transformation and growth.
About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant you ll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio made up primarily of limited companies with turnovers of up to 7 million. You ll be responsible for reviewing accounts prepared by an international delivery team ensuring highquality output and seamless client service.
This is not a Partnerreview environment you will be trusted to lead on your portfolio and ensure delivery standards remain exceptional. Strong client communication skills and an ability to work autonomously are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review yearend accounts and tax computations prepared by offshore teams
- Manage and nurture client relationships acting as their key point of contact
- Take full responsibility for your workload with minimal oversight
- Ensure consistent highquality service delivery across your portfolio
- Collaborate with leadership to refine internal processes and drive improvements
- Contribute to the firm s ongoing transformation and expansion plans
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA qualified preferred but qualified by experience will be considered
- Experience managing or working with offshore teams is a plus
- Proven background in a clientfacing accountancy practice role
- Selfmotivated with a desire to contribute to a growing business
- Excellent communication time management and review skills
