Job Description
Lead and manage the SAP GTS migration project ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion.
Define project charter establish governance structure and develop detailed project plans.
Plan schedule and monitor project activities budgets and spending.
Conduct scoping planning and design workshops with business and crossfunctional teams.
Organize and coordinate crossfunctional activities to achieve project milestones within schedule and budget.
Utilize technical expertise in SAP GTS implementation/migration for effective project management.
Communicate and conduct meetings with executive leadership throughout all project phases.
Adapt to changing requirements overcome obstacles and manage business organization plans.
Manage all project phases: scoping design build test and production cutover.
Apply PMI or advanced project management methodologies in SAP projects especially GTS.
Prepare and deliver periodic project status updates highlighting issues risks and action plans.
Leverage experience in SAP implementations/upgrades including multiple full life cycle projects.
Use strong communication organizational and English language skills (verbal/written).
Work independently as a selfstarter proactively managing deliverables to closure with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Global Trade Sales and Logistics business processes is a plus.
