Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT)
The Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) is responsible for coordinating treatment team in IBHS (formerly BHRS) model with children diagnosed with mental health disorders. Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) will create behavioral assessments and the ensuing treatment plan for the child. The Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) will also track behaviors guide clinical team and work with family to help their child reach their goals. The Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) will have flexibility to see clients virtually and will be expected to work inperson as schools open up.
Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC/BC) Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in Psychology Special Education Counseling Social Work Education Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology.
- OR a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
- 12 years of PostMasters Behavioral experience required. Educational and Case Management experience DO NOT QUALIFY.
