We are now seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor you will handle a varied and busy caseload ensuring the highest standard of service to our clients. Working across multiple offices you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying selling and remortgaging properties while contributing to the growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales purchases transfers of equity and remortgages.
Liaising with clients estate agents and other solicitors to provide clear and practical advice throughout the conveyancing process.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including missives and contracts of sale.
Conducting title checks and resolving any issues that arise during transactions.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Meeting deadlines and managing transactions efficiently to achieve timely completions.
Actively participating in business development and networking activities to build and maintain client relationships.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years postqualification experience in residential conveyancing (essential).
A strong understanding of the conveyancing process in Scotland including Land Register requirements and Scottish missives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clientfocused approach.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a highvolume caseload.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between offices as needed.
