JOB DESCRIPTION: Designation: Business Development Manager / Sr. Business Development Manager (Depends on experience & interview). Experience: Business Development Manager: 2 to 4 years Sr. Business Development Manager: 4 to 10 years Job Location: Pune Roles & Responsibilities: This role shall involve market research & survey to understand target group. S/he shall be responsible to identify potential Developer in the market. To lead & deliver successful Business Opportunity presentation. Responsible for scheduling Meeting with Developer. S/he should be good in explaining company Profile for accruing Developer Project Daily updating of details on Spreadsheet. Should have minimum 12 yr. experiences in Real Estate or 3 to 5 years experience in direct sales with other industry. Required Candidate profile Should be Fluent in English Marathi Hindi Work independently or with limited supervision. High willingness and ability to learn. Ability to lead from the front and a handson approach. Should be Confident and Presentable. Should have own vehicle and should be ready to travel as per clients location. ****IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED.
