Job Title: Senior Test Analyst x 2 1 x Test Lead 1 day a week in Leeds SAP S/4 HANA essential
Location: Hybrid / 1 day per week in Leeds

Job Overview: We are seeking 2 x Senior Test Analysts and 1 x Test Lead with SAP S/4 HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning designing and executing testing strategies for SAP implementation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules including Success factors functional testing methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA modules.
- Execute functional integration regression and performance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
- Identify prioritize and report defects and issues found during testing and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide input into testing strategies and approaches.
- Conduct endtoend testing of SAP S/4 HANA modules including interfaces and integrations with other systems.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and integrity of data processed by SAP S/4 HANA systems.
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities including coordinating test with business users and stakeholders.
- Utilize testing tools and methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Document test results findings and test metrics and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Stay uptodate with the latest SAP releases patches and updates and assess their impact on existing testing processes and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of testing activities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead with expertise in testing SAP modules such as Sucess factors SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP CRM etc.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices.
- Handson experience with test management tools such as HP ALM SAP Solution Manager or Jira.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or testingrelated certifications (e.g. ISTQB) is desirable.
- Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
