Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist I recruit for East & West Coast operations comprised of corporate headquarters and 5 satellite offices across 5 states. I build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for critical openings and pipelines. My primary focus is Clinical Operations to build and maintain relationships with high performing active/passive talent through various media and nonmedia avenues. I partner with Executive Leadership to discern workforce needs; define job parameters; outline desired qualifications; and source screen interview and select bestoption candidates. Business Units: Revenue Cycle Management Network Management Compliance BT and Workforce Management. I manage a work load of 60 requisitions/month.
