Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:

3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of project management across large organizations including planning risk/issue tracking and contingency plans.
- 10 years of research and analysis gathering facts problem-solving and writing concise reports.
- 10 years overseeing SDLC translating business requirements into technical specs and guiding the lifecycle.
- 10 years of stakeholder management building strong sponsor relationships with excellent communication skills.
- 10 years in project reporting summarizing/escalating issues weekly updates and leading project meetings.
- 10 years working in collaborative high-paced environments.
- 10 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8 years of Agile project management overseeing progress and aligning assignments to timelines.
- 8 years managing Agile projects with feature-driven sprints.
- PMP Certification (must be active and listed on the resume; proof may be requested).
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of Agile experience within one or more Texas State Agencies following state standards and delivery practices.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare or public health IT projects including stakeholder engagement in clinical or financial systems.
