- Utilizes business knowledge (strategy & drivers) and HR technical expertize including partnering with technical experts across the entire HR organization to assess and anticipate future business and people challenges provide unique insights develop solutions and influence decision making
- HR Embedded shares responsibility with the business and broader HR organization to deliver people processes and achieve results that improve competitiveness of the business
Job Role Summary
- Supports business strategies through effective application of common HR processes tools and solutions
- Partners with HR Advisors HR Supervisors and GHRS to support clients. May have own client group.
