Job Overview

We are seeking a midlevel Real Estate Team Lead for our Bengaluru office to oversee sales activities in alignment with our companys objectives. This fulltime role involves leading a sales team to achieve targets managing site visits and closing deals efficiently. Candidates will utilize their industry knowledge and leadership skills to enhance customer experiences and drive growth in the competitive real estate market.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven team leadership abilities with the capability to guide and motivate a diverse sales team towards achieving ambitious targets in a highpaced environment.
  • Indepth understanding of the real estate market with the ability to perform detailed analysis and forecasts to aid in strategic decisionmaking.
  • Strong negotiation skills essential for closing deals and ensuring favorable terms in property sales agreements.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software to manage prospect interactions and maintain robust client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies that cater to client needs and align with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulatory compliance ensuring all transactions meet legal standards and ethical practice.
  • Project management experience to oversee site visit logistics client communication and ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Financial acumen to assess property investments viability and contribute to decisionmaking processes affecting financial outcomes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the sales team ensuring they are fully equipped and motivated to meet company sales targets effectively.
  • Engage with potential clients explaining project details and convincing them of the benefits of the projects offered.
  • Organize and conduct site visits addressing queries and providing insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Facilitate the booking process ensuring smooth and successful agreement finalization between the client and developers.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends competitor activities and customer needs to optimize sales activities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate regulations and organizational standards to maintain ethical business practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and enhance overall client engagement and satisfaction.
