If you are an enthusiastic selfstarter with a passion for selling and strong skills with todays technologies then we want you to be part of our team at Greenway Kia North as an Business Development Representative.

The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands todays technologies and who can communicate in a clear and efficient way with customers using internet/email mobile/Smart phones tablets etc. in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

The ideal candidate has previous sales experience (in any industry) excellent customer service skills a confident and outgoing personality a professional appearance and great communication skills. Candidates must have a strong understanding of todays technologies and a strong sales aptitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phones and build client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Develop rapport with prospective buyers
  • Maintain and update inventory for sales on various internet websites
  • Maintains uptodate knowledge of all vehicles accessories financing options and promotions
  • Accurately complete all transaction paperwork
  • Attends all staff meetings trainings and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong computer/Internet mobile/smart phone and social media skills
  • Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
  • Must be a highly motivated selfstarted with outgoing customeroriented personality
  • Excellent communication customer service and problem solving skills including the ability to maintain computer under stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers vendors and staff
  • Outstanding phone and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
  • Neat clean and professional appearance
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
