We are currently at an exciting stage in our growth strategy meaning any successful applicants couldnt be joining at a better time. We are looking for a topclass Executive Assistant who carries core business skills and is keen to develop their own career to join our team at our HQ in Warrington.
The typical working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm however due to the nature of the role flexibility and extended hours may be required.
Your daytoday duties as the Executive Assistant to CEO will include:
- Managing the CEOs calendar including scheduling appointments meetings and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO including booking flights accommodations and transportation.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls emails and other forms of communication for the CEO.
- Prepare and organise documents presentations and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings including compiling meeting agendas distributing materials taking minutes and ensuring tasks are actioned.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives employees clients and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Manage and prioritize the CEOs tasks reminders and followups.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO such as personal appointments reservations and familyrelated matters.
- Act as a gatekeeper controlling access to the CEO and managing their time effectively.
- Anticipate and proactively address the CEOs needs ensuring they are wellprepared and supported in their daily activities.
- Maintain and update the CEOs contact database and other relevant records.
